The Dan Jerusalem Hotel is located on Mount Scopus overlooking the Jerusalem skyline and Judean Hills.
The Conference will be conducted in English.
LETTER OF INVITATION
Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the Conference.
It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organising Committee.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Prior to booking your flight ticket, please ensure that your passport is valid until at least 6 months after entry into Israel. Participants from some countries require a visa to enter Israel. We suggest that you check this with your travel agent or on the website of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The weather in Jerusalem in September is warm with highs of 30°C during the day and lows of 16°C in the evening. We recommend light clothing for the day and warm clothing for the cooler evenings.
Personal travel, luggage and health insurance are recommended.
Please note that the organisers cannot be responsible for participants lacking appropriate insurance coverage in case of need.
