CONFERENCE VENUE

Uniquely located in the heart of Jerusalem, just a few steps from the Old City’s New Gate and within minutes from the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, the Western Wall, the Dome of the Rock and Al Aqsa Mosque.

The Conference will be conducted in English.

 

REGISTRATION/HOSPITALITY DESK

A desk will operate from the Auditorium foyer, as follows:

18 September, 2022:      7:30am – 5:00pm

19 September, 2022:      7:30am – 5:30pm

20 September, 2022:      8:00am – 5:00pm

CONFERENCE KIT AND NAME TAG

Upon registration you will receive the programme booklet, name tag, and relevant vouchers. Please wear your name tag to all sessions and events.

COFFEE AND LUNCH BREAKS

Coffee breaks will be held in the foyer of the Auditorium. Lunches will take place in the dining room. Entrance for lunch is by voucher only. Please remember to bring yours with you.

INTERNET ACCESS

There is complimentary Wi-Fi in all public areas of the Notre Dame hotel as well as in the guest rooms.

LETTER OF INVITATION
Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the Conference.

It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organising Committee.


PASSPORTS AND VISAS

Prior to booking your flight ticket, please ensure that your passport is valid until at least 6 months after entry into Israel. Participants from some countries require a visa to enter Israel. We suggest that you check this with your travel agent or on the website of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 

DRESS CODE AND CLIMATE
The weather in Jerusalem in September is warmer during the day - with highs of 28°C - and cooler in the evenings - with lows of 18°C .
We recommend light clothing for the day and warm clothing for the evenings. Dress code is informal throughout the conference.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Personal travel, luggage and health insurance are recommended.

  • Please note that the organizers cannot be responsible for participants lacking appropriate insurance coverage in case of need.

  • All services are booked on the express condition that Target Conferences shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, any and all liability in respect of any damage, injury or accident, to any person or for loss of or damage to his or her luggage or any other property, or any reason whatsoever.

 

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDITS

​Certificates of attendance will be provided to support attendees in seeking professional development points after the conference.
