CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
Abstract Submission Deadline: 28 February 2022

PRESENTATION CATEGORIES

The organizers are pleased to announce a call for abstracts for oral and poster presentation.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed for acceptance based on their scientific merit.

 

Kindly specify if you would prefer an oral or poster presentation on the online submission form.

IMPORTANT DATES

28 February 2022: Abstract submission deadline.

14 March 2022: Authors will be informed whether their abstracts have been accepted, and whether for oral or poster presentation.

30 April 2022: Registration deadline for presenting authors. Note: inclusion of abstracts in the scientific program is dependent on payment of registration fees.

 

TOPICS

Submissions may cover any topic relevant to the field of trauma, adversity and mental health. Abstracts are welcome from clinicians including GPs, psychiatrists, paediatricians, psychologists, social workers, community workers, academics, and researchers as well as administrators and policy makers.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  1. Abstracts must be submitted using the online submission link. Please do not fax, mail or email your abstracts as they will not be considered.

  2. All abstracts must be submitted in English.

  3. The names and affiliations of all authors should be included in the abstract.

  4. Abstracts are limited to a maximum of 200 words (excluding title and affiliations). Your abstract should clearly and concisely outline the CONTENT of the presentation and should include key points/issues to be addressed using the following structure: Objective, Method, Results, Conclusion  

  5. Each presenting author may submit up to two abstracts.

 

ABSTRACT CHANGES

Once you have submitted your abstract, you can edit the document/authors/affiliations etc. by logging in again.

 

Please note that this feature is only available up until the submission deadline or until the abstract has been accepted.

 

ABSTRACT STATUS

You can check the status of abstracts submitted by logging in. Click on the abstract tab to track the review process. 

Once your abstract has been reviewed you will receive an email notification. 

 

Keep note of your username and password so that you can use these features.​
